    kak wada ada list grill .. ada yg bleh offer 1.2k utk rumah bwh.. utk atas mahal skit sebab ada sliding door..

    I kena RM1600 for the grille. I feel that this grille thing jangan ambil yang murah-murah pasal the quality will be questionable unless if you want to rent out...then that is another story. My unit is the corner lot of TTP9 and the person who is in charge of repairing the defects (Zainal) is staying in my unit. Feel free to approach him as he is a good chap and friendly.     any updates on latest grill price?? I already met Zainal.. Price range depends on center/ end lot unit... starts from 1.3k (center units).. end units a lil bit high because got side window..

    hi.. i was quoted by zainal for corner unit for rm1600, hmm was quoted by Alex - 0173643168 at rm1500

    early next year will start to install the grill and the wirings... then the search for tenants begin!!

    not satisfied with Zainal contractors who do the grill...both Bangladesh workers... cincai2 saja kerja...
